Future thinking is one of the main objectives of education in the present era in light of the rapid developments of digital information and communication technology in the world from satellites and the increasing spread of networks and information, and the emergence of accelerated media in various fields of social, economic, political and health life; Descriptive and experimental and applied to the students of the Department of Technical Education at the Faculty of Education - Suez University and the sample of research was seventy-two students, During the second semester of 2019-2020, the researcher used the research tool an electronic theoretic test to choose from multiple on both the experimental and control groups research sample, in order to test the performance of students research sample for future thinking skills, and the test consists of twenty-four paragraphs spread over three main skills, namely (solving future problems, making future decisions, skill future forecast) the results have shown a statistically d difference in future education skills in favor of remote performance,
And the use of electronic mental mapping strategies that help to develop the skills of future thinking of students with electronic educational contents, which contributed to the activation of that role pandemic Corona, forcing the world to suspend, and stop all transactions to live communities in social spacing, in all ways; That is why the current period is witnessing serious attempts to develop education with strategies that keep pace with the age. The researcher also recommended the use of the strategy of electronic mental maps in teaching curricula and attention to developing the thinking skills of students of the faculties of education and art colleges in particular.
