المستخلص

يؤثر فيروس کورونا تأثير واضح وفعال على العديد من نواحى الحياة، حيث غير إيقاع العالم بأسره في أيام قليلة نتيجة لسرعة انتشاره. وتعتبر المباني الإدارية من ضمن المؤسسات التي تأثرت بشکل کبير من الجائحة حيث شلت بعض المباني الإدارية تماما من اليوم الأول لإغلاق المدن، على مستوى العالم، والبعض الآخر استمر في تقديم الخدمات نتيجة لاستعداد تلک المؤسسات من حيث بنيتها التقنية والإلکترونية وکذلک مواردها البشرية لذلک حيث غيرت تلک الأزمة المفاهيم والتوجهات المؤسسية المستقبلة، في طريقة إدارتها، واستعدادها لأي مخاطر محتملة، والترکيز على تقديم الخدمات الإلکترونية والتقنيات الذکية.
فالأوبئة تؤثر بشکل فعال على حياة الإنسان و سلوکه مما يترتب عليه تغيير کبير في حياته و ضرورة التأقلم مع کل جديد يطرأ حيث غيرت الأوبئة بيئتنا المبنية بسبب الخوف من العدوى. وتعد أماکن العمل المکتبية والشرکات من أبرز الأماکن التي تأثرت بشکل واضح وفعال من فيروس کورونا المستجد حيث کان للفيروس تأثير واضح وطويل الأمد على کيفية عمل الناس وتجمعهم، ومن هذا المنطلق تهدف الدراسة البحث عن أفکار تصميم واتجاهات مناسبة لأماکن العمل المکتبية لتوفير الحماية المطلوبة من هجمات الفيروسات والاستمرار في إضافة المزيد من الطبقات في نظام الدفاع لبيئتنا العملية بما يحقق التباعد المکاني الآمن مع التقارب الوظيفي ذو الإنتاجية العالية.
ويتم ذلک من خلال الاعتماد علي المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي للأفکار النظرية والدراسات السابقة والممارسات المعمارية وتوصيات المنظمات الصحية التي تهتم بمسألة تأمين الفراغات الإدارية في ظل جائحة کورونا، وذلک بهدف الوصول الي مجموعة من المعايير و الأسس التي سوف يتم اتباعها للتعامل مع فيروس کورونا المستجد بالمباني الإدارية. بالاضافة الي معرفة أفضل اتجاهات للحلول المعمارية بالمباني الإدارية بعد انتشارالفيروس من وجهة نظر الباحثين.
