Abstract

The Egyptian civilization is considered one of the oldest civilizations on the face of the earth. It started around the year 3150 BC, when the king Mina confederated both southern and northern Egypt together, there are many civilizations came to Egypt, passing through the Persians (343 BC), then Alexander the Great in (323 BC), then the Islamic conquest came in (639 AD). And Egypt turned into an Islamic state.
In the period of the Islamic state, many countries were established in Egypt.
From the above, we find that Egypt is the richest country in the world because of its diversity of civilizations and different cultures. Only in Egypt we can find the third of the world's monuments are present, and parts of these monuments are displayed in most famous museums all over the world. A special science was found in the study of Egyptian archeology, called Egyptology.
However this cultural diversity, it does not occupy the appropriate position among the first ten countries on the level of tourism in the world. France, Spain, the United States, and China are the most visited countries in the world, according to World Tourism Organization reports.
There is a missing link between the tourist himself and tourist destination, which can only be linked to a strong promotional plan through the tourist media. No matter how the country possesses the tourist ingredients, and there are no promotional plans, it will remain an unknown place for the tourist. Hence the tourism marketing policies and procedures have become the most important to place anywhere on the international tourism map, and with the technological development and spread of social media, the marketing methods have become different and more innovative, and they no longer stop from the limits of traditional methods.
The image has a large and prominent role in the success of the tourism process. The continuous development of communication science technology has also contributed to finding new and more effective ways to influence advertising.
Tourism media in Egypt faces many problems, including the lack or absence of tourist programs that display the monuments with a creative way, also wars and natural disasters which is published through other media, is an obstacle to tourism, media consider is a pivotal and necessary characteristic of the tourism industry and success.
