The Style of Shadows Formation as an Incentive to Teaching Painting for Art Education Students in the Faculty of Specific Education

Abstract

There is no doubt that the first entrance to the perception of the artistic work is only through visual vision, as it is the first bridge between the artist and the viewer alike, and the issue of shadows in the field of plastic art has a long history, so the treatment of shadows within the artwork differed from one era to another, as they play a role Important and major in building the image and perception of the artistic work, and the artists realized this fact, which led to the development of their innovative capabilities and reaching new dimensions, so the shadows seized their interest and imagination and became an artistic idea that the artist re-installed and analyzed according to his own concepts that impose a new aesthetic form on the shadows, and the artist became He adds his perceptions of his concept of the shadow and the sciences, techniques and concepts it carries about his view of art when he addresses it within his artistic work, to create from the shadows an innovative formative element that plays a role in the construction and composition of the work of art, but has become a more independent personality and a greater breadth, inviting others to see it, read it and develop visual awareness They have.
The research dealt with the concept of shadow and the formation of shadows with a classification that expresses its diversity in order to support the technical differences that exist between them in terms of their origin and shape and the effect of lighting sources on shadows, and how to subject these components in various relationships that achieve harmony, contradiction and contrast resulting from employing the plastic capabilities of shadows, and its reflection on the dynamics and aesthetics of artistic work And the current research confirms that shadows can be the subject of the painting, and the only single hero who has sovereignty within the artwork, and the research also dealt with selections of artworks in which he used the method of forming shadows and standing on the diversity found in the shape of the shadow and clarifying the uniqueness of each artist with his own artistic treatment To form shadows within the subject in a way that carries a new, different vision through which aesthetic values are achieved.
