Abstract

Research Summary:
Institutions sometimes need new ways to advertise for them, with their entity or with their employees, and when exposed to personnel of employees it is boring that the institution's members are reviewed with their photos and work locations in the place.
In view of the characteristic of animation art in terms of fun and light spirit and in view of the proximity of the cartoon characters to the hearts of the viewers with their colors and simplified short lines expressing accurately the character in a different spirit, the work of a cartoon for all employees of the institution and presented in a short film for a few minutes presents all workers in a fun template and knows the recipient In a short period of time, a quick, direct and simple idea for employees without boredom.
research importance:
The definition of institutions is a kind of publicity for them, which is an important thing that most institutions need and resort to multiple ways to introduce people to them, and the use of their personnel working in them as heroes for technical work through a movie that is a type of publicity for them in a new template, and convert the real individuals into cartoon characters From the world of imagination, he presents them in a joyful, attractive and light frame on the heart and soul, hence the importance of this research in developing a different way in which institutions promote themselves by transforming their personnel working in them into cartoon characters who present themselves in their cartoon image, both in its location and the sector in which it operates.
Research problem :
The institutions are used to advertising and promoting themselves by making short documentaries, direct advertisements or publications through which they present themselves to the external environment. The research problem is summarized in:
Is it possible for institutions to advertise for themselves by converting their workers from their real image into cartoon characters, with each cartoon character displaying the site you work on?
In other words, is it possible to take advantage of the elements of charisma and joy granted by cartoon characters in the promotion and propaganda of institutions by converting the real persons of their employees into cartoon characters?
research aims :
The research aims to provide various advertisements for institutions in an attractive technical form.
