Plastic formulas of Chaos theory as a source for enriching one-piece printed design according to kingdom's 2030 vision

Abstract

Studying the essence of scientific theories and extracting their laws enables designer to perceive relationships and systems, which enriches innovation and creativity. In 21st century, Chaos theory is one of the most recent physical mathematical theories, which adopted new approach to thinking through integration of perception. The reconstruction of elements and structural systems associated with form and randomness are followed through the vibrational movement of elements using technology. The research problem determines the extent to which plastic formulas can be extracted from Chaos theory as a source for creating new design solutions for one-piece design accordance with the desired goals contained in Saudi Vision 2030. It aims to enrich the one-piece printed design through Chaos theory. The importance of the research is evident in the interest in modern theories as Chaos to enrich the one-piece design for women's clothes. It assumes the possibility to benefit from Chaos theory using modern technology, which enriches one-piece design for women's clothes. The research’s boundaries divided into time limits: studying the structural systems nowadays, and objective limits: focusing on extracting the structural foundations of chaos theory to create solutions for one-piece design for women's clothes. It adopts the descriptive, analytical, and experimental approach by extracting new plastic formulas from chaos theory to create innovative artistic and design experiments, its results indicate the benefiting from chaos theory to find experimental and innovative approaches and employing them in women's clothing. The research recommends deepening the study of scientific theories, especially chaos theory to enrich one-piece design.
