Aesthetic Values of Islamic Ornament at Al-Aqsa Mosque as an Input for The Development of Contemporary Decorative Designs.

Abstract

Nations’ promoted is measured by its artistic advancement, Art is the able to register civilizations of Nations in all corners therefore we see today, that developed countries special care for art and artistic institutions, so all the artistic works produces by an artist, is a clear expression of the artist feelings experienced out through the ages or nations and civilizations.
 For this art has become of interest to all civilizations that pays tribute to man and art masterpieces, among this attention, is Islamic art, which excelled in the production of the Muslim artist, in the spirit of Islamic Art, and subjected all the decorative shapes to the spirit and philosophy of Islam, and the Islamic Decoration has expressed the doctrine of Islam, especially in decorating the walls, and give them the artistic and aesthetic value, as well as the attention of the Muslim artist decorated the Koran and places of worship.
Which showed the Islamic decorations and lines that decorated the walls of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock and played a great and important role in the artistic creativity of the contemporary artist, in the Islamic art and the artist, which created the Muslim architect in his production.
And which, we are seeing clear in the Islamic structures for the city of Jerusalem with different functions, either way or dome or arc or a minaret, giving the Islamic character and confirms the authenticity of architecture, which, in decorating the walls of the Dome of the Rock as an architectural, decorative  
masterpiece and giving artistic and aesthetic value which, in addition to the attention of the Muslim artist decorated the Koran and places of worship.
However, the researcher found through the study of this mosque that it reached the aesthetic symbols.
 Through the relationship of Quranic lines and Islamic writings, it implies many symbols.
In doing so the researcher intended to study spot the lights on the
aesthetic values in the Islamic decorations at Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem, which is always exposed to the risk of blurring its
aesthetic features and identity.
- So the researcher tried to illustrate the problem of current research and its importance and the need for it through
