Abstract

is housing in which a person  spends most of his life, so must be taken care in the design to create a comfortable environment tailored to the needs and requirements of its residents, help them to exercise various activities in complete comfort, the rules of humanity and moral rules and divine laws and ordinances that housing is a natural right , it should be  fundamental that housing is not only limited to the frame construction, but must contain the contents related to human and social aspects, and that the idea of housing may not be realized unless the existence of the two together, "housing, static" two sides of the same coin, as housing is affected by all the human dimensions and behavioral and civilizational and cultural diversity, of what we see now from a narrow residential space had to be thinking about the humanitarian considerations for interior design in a small space of housing units that are commensurate with the requirements and needs and behaviors of its users.
This research is problematic in negligence in both its humanitarian considerations (functional utilitarian, expressive sensory), to ensure that it meets the sensory and cognitive aspects of the human being so as to provide reassurance and comfort and responsive to the requirements of the need for the user .
The research aims To access some of the foundations for the formulation of the internal spaces of the house in the small bring harmony between the provision of basic and functional requirements of the individual, and how to achieve the humanitarian dimension of the three aspects (intellectual, physical and psychological) in interior design for residential units is small.
The study gets its importance from, Identify the nature of the problems of housing space is limited in the Arab Republic of Egypt and determine how to apply the considerations of humanity in a small housing area.
The Research hypotheses the application of humanitarian considerations Interior residential units, small in size directly contributes to attract users to these units and analysis of cultural and behavioral effects for the user help him design the appropriate mode.
 The research follows the analytical Descriptive method: through field studies, and descriptive and analytical vacuum and how to achieve humanitarian considerations for interior design.
Applied approach: through conducting some experiments and models on small housing units.
Throughout the research ,these results were achieved :
1. A successful housing and bring appropriate when it meets the needs of users that Bitbaiq Maslow's hierarchy of needs of humanity.
2. behaviors and habits have impact on housing either be positive or negative.
3. Study requirements and modifications may be a kernel of reality to link design and actual practice the theoretical side to try to development and access to the most appropriate housing.
4. It must be consistent in housing design and operational characteristics with the nature of the physical and moral rights in order to achieve his comfort and pleasure inside his home.
5. The needs of the human fall in the beginning of the important physiological needs and through the need for safety, and social needs, then the need for appreciation, and finally the need for self-realization, though not to the satisfaction of these needs for long periods can lead to frustration and tension.
6. Follow-up and the need for cultural and intellectual variables included under humanitarian considerations for the formulation of functional interior design and fine the need to achieve the requirements of the basic frameworks within laparoscopic, and find a new of high efficiency to meet the requirements of the rights and privacy of achieving that distinguish it from others solutions.

Discussion
The research results confirmed the need of Can be summed up what has been studied and analyzed in this research that housing is the focus of many of the essential human needs to maintain life, housing  is to show aspects of social, cultural and psychological related activities which occur, convenience center and satisfaction at the implementation of those activities. Thus we find that the relationship of man to housing is a dynamic and constantly evolving relationship, and can be summarized humanitarian needs in housing for the needs of the physiological and targeting the survival and development, health, comfort, and needs psychological must be security availability, and security, containment of social relations, vacuum Profile, feeling spacious and the spaciousness of the place, the personal self, property, and the link with nature, and social considerations and which are summarized in the privacy of belonging and identity, collective and dialogue.
