The research aims at presenting a systematic scientific model and perception that is similar to other models in the world in terms of curriculum, development, innovation and creativity. Taking into account Egypt's possession of heritage items that are unprecedented in quantity, quality and type. This can be achieved through studying international models for the application of the requirements and specifications of the design and coordination of elements and vocabulary of the environment of the public fields. The proposed framework is clear and sequential, and capable of implementing the requirements and specifications on the ground, according to arranged steps implemented by the competent authorities. The study ended with the results and recommendations of the most important of which is the need to adopt this scientific framework systematic by the competent authorities before starting at any stage of coordinating projects and beautification and development of streets, roads and public squares, to create comfortable environment for citizens returns a positive impact on the wider community.
