The geometric grid of the Islamic arts is used to make the strongest and deepest surface designs, it is the most moving and spreading, although it is the most structured and based on mathematical calculations, at the same time it has delicate reflections and semiotic spiritual values. On the other side the western art is rich with the mural paintings as a main type of Architectural Surface Design; it is based on the concept of unique Master Piece that the artist must do by hand, and so, it is not capable for mass production. The idea of the researcher is to create Surface Design based on the concept of mural painting but in new method and techniques that allow the mass production of the same design; by using the style of formation and Simplification of Sign applied through the Islamic Geometric Grid. By this; the architectural surface design becomes with a code or "know how" steps that can be reapplied to get the same result again.
