Abstract

The spinning industry is one of the local industries that needs a great deal of attention and study due to the international changes and the many challenges that it faces as the global economy depends on the competitive advantages which are based on change and continuous development through knowledge and technology in order to maximize the added value. The consumer today seeks quality, excellence and innovation in the product, and this will be achieved only with the aim to create competitive advantages and to manage the resources of the industry in a tight and accurate manner in which data and information on All of these concepts enable us to solve the problems of our local industry by changing the philosophy used in its management and prioritizing it. To control the cost (by eliminating the inventory and excess production, eliminating accidents and defects, reducing the times of breakdowns by implementing the system of preventive maintenance of equipment, reducing the times of preparation and handling, teamwork, and rooting the principle of quality at the upstream and Her as the responsibility of each individual within the organization) where he changed the culture of industrial establishment under study and improve the quality system performance and a designed database as a nucleus for any organization, industrial, local willing to catch up with Industrial International which preceded us of these concepts for decades.
