Abstract

Causing a direct threat to the labor market, as a result of the wide spread of using robots and modern technologies, the third millennium has imposed many challenges on us leading to a continuous decline in the number of offered jobs and the disappearance of some others.The question remains: How can we develop performance, raise the efficiency, improve the knowledge and skills of the workforce in various sectors so that they can adapt with the current and future industrial situations caused by the accelerated life type of the modern era.Governments, institutions, universities, colleges and research institutes, have a great role and the urgent need to study the Asian and European experiences in that regard has become an imperative.
Considering the reality of the automated industrial processes, the research aims to highlight on ways of finding and developing jobs and working areas.
