Taking advantage of various ceramic products in designing Japanese flower arrangement as an aesthetic and economical value

Abstract

The art of Japanese flower arrangement (Ikebana) is an art that teaches to think in a deeper way, self- esteem , gain the skills to recognize the importance of the things surrounding us in nature and appreciation with the link between art and human nature. The relationship between the designer and the Ikebana is spiritual, although there is a free flower arrangement it is based on studies and bases as well. The Japanese flower arrangement depends on ceramic pots and the connection between them and the same coordination in an integrated design where the proportion of the coordination is the ratio between the size of flowers and the size of the container placed in it. One of the most important features of Japanese flower arrangement is the reliance on a few flowers and some materials available in nature in harmony with the ceramic vessels used making it an important economic benefit. It is also simple in shape and fits in with different places and events. many are sustainable, especially those that rely on dry flowers and branches.
 Hence the idea of research to benefit from the various ceramic products in the Japanese flower arrangement for the production of flower arrangement with economic value, distinct design and materials available in the natural environment which allows   jobs for designers and create small projects.
