Abstract

When we talk about the review, we must talk about the director Youssef Chahine, most of his films are not free of songs and review, even if it does not classified within the films purely review. No wonder when we know that Shaheen was a dancer and love to dance. He believed in the importance of singing and reviewing in the drama of the film and was well-employed to serve the plot of the film to become an integral part and is inseparable from the subject of the film and the course of events. Shaheen confirmed this in his interview with editor Youssef Al-Malakh and his answer to his last question about when to use the song and review in the dramatic film, saying: (As for when to enter the song or dance intervention in the context of dramatic action, the director must take a great time to reflect on where they put in the film This may be the time it takes to write a screenplay. The director must ask at which stage of the dramatic line in the film the song or review can be used, whether at the surface stage, crisis stage, or peak stage. The director should know where to use them until he knows Folding the biggest dramatic effect is required). In this research, the study presents a study of the technical elements in the scenes of the screening of Youssef Chahine films.
