The psychology of preparing the leading teacher as one of the most important axes of advancing the development wheel in Egypt

The problem of economic development in all ages, past, present and future is the problem of the formation of the teacher who leads the nation and gives young people capable of administration, especially at the level of higher education.

From this perspective came the idea of research, which is based on the proposal to establish a group of centers of a sectoral nature, whose main goal is to prepare the faculty members in the arts to become a teacher and a leader and these centers are the result of the common conviction of men of arts and administrative development.
These centers have a role in the field of various arts and management tools and its benefits to develop the level of the member of teaching excellence and intellectual and artistic advancement of the student .... for development.
The level of the faculty member and the quality of production (student) in the applied arts sector are influenced by the environment surrounding the administration. There are large areas of movement - even under constraints and constraints - that must be occupied by the administration to maximize the utilization of available untapped potential ... so overall development is our strategy.
