Abstract

The rapid developments in the field of modern information and communication technologies have led to the popularity of their use in the educational process. In recent years, the global interest in virtual education has increased, helped by the spread of information technology tools, the availability of internet access on a large scale at the global level, and the need for continuous learning. The internet provides many distinctive services, The use of technology in the learning and teaching processes has become a must to face and keep pace with the changes of the new era of technology. The relationship between technology and the educational process is closely related, as it refers to a class of computer software that provides information in various forms such as audio, image, animation and written and spoken texts. It is also used by the education managers to achieve the highest level of educational outcomes. Also using the internet to deliver a content to recipients, this led to the emergence of so-called virtual learning, a type of e-learning that seeks to deliver content to recipients in a way that draws their attention and makes them interact with the content provided. Then, we start to think how to make the content interactive and draw more attention by introducing animated elements that make it more interactive and effective in delivering content to the visual image. Interactive video is one of the important technologies in the field of education and serves as a new model that contributes to changing the traditional form of education in the educational institutions and contributes to training professionals in all fields of Education. Videos are a powerful and motivating educational tool for recipients. Two-dimensional animation has succeeded becoming an integral part in the provision of interactive content and virtual education. It has become an important place in various fields such as e-learning and training courses. It does not only help to increase the clarity. but also allow the recipient to gain new knowledge based on his own observation and experience Through interacting with the idea delivered.
