Abstract

The research revolves around the impact of modern technological techniques on the design of windows display as one of the most important strategies used by the advertising designer to influence the contemporary recipient considering the successive technological developments within society, as the windows display gives the first impressions to the recipient. Technological advances have pushed window design to a whole new level, complemented by new visually dynamic shapes. The development in the design of windows display using technological technologies has led to a change in the content and the way the information is displayed. Attracting the recipient's attention, arousing their curiosity, as well as communicating the brand image more effectively. Technology plays a major role in visual merchandising, as technology has been incorporated by advertising designers into the design of windows display. It helps provide entertainment to the contemporary recipient and makes the shopping experience enjoyable. It also contributes to discovering errors in work and allowing them to be corrected. Technical display screens occupy less space in windows display compared to other visual elements such as props, fixtures, and models. The use of technological techniques in designing windows display is one of the most effective display methods on the recipient due to the power of audio-visual materials and multimedia-based storytelling and interaction with them. The technological development taking place in society has an impact on the tendency of brands to use technological techniques in the design of windows display. The research follows the descriptive approach, with presenting several models for some windows display in foreign countries from "2011 to 2021" and then conducting a questionnaire on a sample of individuals to extraction conclusions.
