It is a methodology that allows factories to improve the quality of the product presented to the market by reducing errors and reducing the time of orders. The Lean system supports both workers and factory owners and eliminates obstacles It allows to provide opportunities for development and reduce errors.

Lean manufacturing works to create more value for customers by using resources more efficiently and with less budget. Lean manufacturing also aims to have no defects in manufacturing and product, which means high quality for all products, by preventing defects before manufacturing, where the goal is ( zero defects) through continuous improvement of the production process and to prevent the same mistakes from occurring twice..
