Abstract

Humanity enjoys a rich architectural heritage with many heritage, historical and artistic values and varies in the nature and condition of its uses. Therefore, the preservation of the architectural heritage is an integral part of the preservation of the human identity. It is an integrated process that must be applied in all its aspects to integrate with the process of restoration and re-employment of the heritage building in the job for which it was created or in a new job that conforms to its condition without compromising its value or causing any damage. The re-use and sustainable employment of heritage buildings is necessary to preserve it so that further modifications do not affect it.

Research is problematic in the challenges posed by the negative effects on heritage buildings resulting from the unsustainable rehiring of heritage buildings.

The research aims at the sustainable and systematic rehiring of heritage buildings while highlighting the improper trends of previous rehiring processes

Re-employment is one of the most appropriate methods for maintaining and maintaining the new building after its restoration and maintenance. Re-employment of buildings of historical and historical value in new uses is appropriate for the continuous development and ensures the continuity of the life of these buildings and their maintenance in a practical manner. This policy is a compensation for expenditure on restoration and maintenance operations until it yields an economic return on the operation that does not represent any danger to the archaeological building or to provide the heritage ranges of the degraded ancient neighbourhoods with the services necessary for them without the need to build new buildings and develop the community surrounding the heritage buildings, This helps preserve the characteristic urban character of the historic area
