The research followed the descriptive analytical approach: studying the literature, studies and previous research related to mobile learning and the design of the decorative painting through the method of formal narration of artistic civilizations and the use of the QR Code as an input for teaching the decorative painting. The one-group system, by comparing the pre- and post-application of the group scores in the technical performance test, the evaluation card, and the observation card.

The study found the possibility of employing the QR code in the formal narration of artistic civilizations as an entrance to teaching the decorative painting, and the students' positive attitude towards it and mobile learning in the design of the decorative painting.
