Abstract

With the tremendous technological development in all areas of life and the proliferation of mobile devices, tablets and smart phones, as they have become available to all ages, especially pre-school children, and what education in Egypt aims to achieve in terms of developing teaching and learning strategies and educational media, especially in establishing children in the pre-school stage and creating An enjoyable environment for education requires the search for a new approach for an interactive educational environment for education that invests in modern digital technology such as smart phones and others to create an interactive educational environment using interactive educational media that contains an interactive digital photograph that is used to develop the skills of the child in the pre-school stage and convert the still photograph To an image that includes some movements, sounds, and some links that pertain to the subject that the educational subject expresses, and its design achieves the desired goal. Therefore, the interactive photographic image must be used to teach pre-school children to exploit the spread of technology in the hands of children and direct it properly to serve the educational process and to achieve education effectively. It required the availability of an advanced technology infrastructure Gathering information, spreading a new culture that emphasizes the importance of continuous learning, and communication with others, and requires contemporary educational systems that adopt technologies and new professions, and are based on knowledge technology and learning societies, and provide effective environments and participation in decision-making, so that they emphasize higher mental processes. Which stands at an end that goes beyond the processes of application, creativity and innovation that are presented to the student. So that the interactive photographic image is used in interactive multimedia to develop different skills in children. To reach this goal, design considerations must be determined for the interactive photographic image to be produced in a way that suits the characteristics of a preschool child to achieve the goal. The educational environment achieves a successful and developed learning environment. Therefore, the research problem is summarized in answering the following question: What is the role of digital photographs in interactive educational multimedia to develop the skills of a pre-school child? What are the design considerations necessary to produce digital photographs used in interactive educational multimedia?
