In an effort to have creators play a role in the state's comprehensive renaissance, and inspired by the role of art in serving society, the researcher sees the importance of civil society cooperation with the efforts of the Egyptian state during the current stage by focusing on building the human being. From here came the idea of the development project through art, "Let's Create" yalla Nobd3, It is a development project that combines (awareness messages&fine and visual arts) in an integrated program that is specially prepared for the youth of developed cities (Bashayer Al-Khair - Alexandria) to enhance investment in personality and build their creative abilities by urging to increase self- and public awareness and encourage innovation in a way that contributes to Building a new Egyptian person who helps achieve the goals of social and environmental sustainable development, which the state seeks to achieve in the most dangerous and developed areas within Egypt’s Vision 2030, noting that the first phase of “yalla nobd3” has been implemented in the urban development project Bashayer al-Khair 2-1 in Alexandria, Where the implementation of the project idea was approved in August 2020, from the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces, to which the city of Bashayer al-Khair is affiliated, and implementation began on December 30, 2020, and implementation continued during 19 months of work. The artistic exhibition, The Practical Application of the Project, was opened at the Museum of Fine Arts affiliated to the fine Arts Sector of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture on September 1, 2022, and work is underway to implement the second phase of 2023.
