Summary:



The title of this research is the cultural relationship between Oman and Jabal Nafusa in Between the two centuries (2 AH / 8 AD - 8 AH / 14 AD, where it deals with an aspect of the scientific cultural relationship as a model for the bonds of communication between Omani scholars and the scholars of Jabal Nafusa. The research aims to reveal the reasons and motives for communication between the scholars of the two countries inside and outside the two countries, and to clarify the foundations and fruits of cultural exchange between them and the role of Hajj in deepening their relationship. In this paper, the researcher relied on the analytical method, reading between the lines in historical novels, using historical narration when necessary to clarify the nature of that relationship and its details. The research concluded that the Ibadhi sect is the basis and reason for this relationship and is the first and last responsible for its continuity over the centuries despite the geographical distance between the two regions, and the most scientific meetings that took place between the scholars of the two countries were mostly in the holy sites in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and this is due to the circumstances Which was prepared for those meetings, by identifying specific places where the scholars of Morocco and the Levant Ibadi meet in the holy sites. This research came out with a lot of evidence that proved the depth of that relationship between scholars, and also showed that the Islamic religion, which is the basis of this relationship, was the first and last reason for bringing together the east of the Islamic world with its west through this category that knew how to translate this trend and highlight it on the human scene, as it is possible Making this relationship a reason for strengthening the relations today, and it is an opportunity to enlighten the generations of today and tomorrow about the necessity of this relationship, strengthening it and striving for its continuation.
