Abstract

The current research aims at a proposed program to take advantage of the combination of wood veneer inlays and embroidered wood to train the deaf and hard of hearing to establish a micro productive project at AlAmal School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Shata in Damietta Governorate for the sixth grade studentsand because recently attention has been paid to people with special needs and the issue of people with special needs has been Caring for them is a noble human and civilized principle It is an issue dealt with by monotheistic religions and endorsed by the Special Needs RegulatorWoodwork is one of the oldest handicrafts that reflects the nature of society and its technical and skillful experience Despite thee tremendous progress in the technological methods of the wood industry, the handicraft woodwork still has its distinctive character and value. Which is increasing day by day due to its acquisition of the individual character that expresses the creativity of the artist through the various techniques and raw materials in the field of woodwork, and with the progress of nations and interest in the education, rehabilitation and training of their deaf and hard of hearing children and based on the principle of equal opportunities and important materials in the field of education Through art in general and the field of inlaying wood veneer on embroidered wood in particular and offering it in the form of a product as a complement to fashion and putting it on the market. The problem of research came through the exploitation of the surrounding environment Damietta Governorate which is rich in its wood industrythe availability of raw materials and the creation of new opportunities for the deaf and hard of hearing to make a productive project Very small, in order to reduce unemployment for this group, especially since there are two schools within the governorate for the care of the deaf and hard of hearingand there is a good number from the primary stage to the secondary stage, and this resulted in high quality results and won the acceptance of the arbitrators, and from here the idea of research can be applied as a final productive project It aims to provide job opportunities for the deaf and hard of hearing, and to contribute to advancing economic development and its positive social role within society, and to transform this unexploited group into an effective productive
