Abstract

The current research aims to extract some of the aesthetic features and artistic patterns of the Tenmoku glaze paint by adding one of the colored metal oxides to the composition of that paint, which contains high levels of iron oxide, and since iron oxide is one of the chemical elements that impose its color control on the glass composition, it causes a group of Chemical changes and transformations that produce a set of aesthetic properties and artistic patterns that distinguish Tenmoku glazes from others, but there are some aesthetic characteristics and artistic patterns that do not come through iron oxide alone, as adding another element of colored metal oxides (titanium oxide) to The composition of tenmoku paint causes a set of reactions that lead to the emergence of color variations with different visual textures that form a set of aesthetic characteristics that form artistic patterns such as patterns (Hare,s Fur, tenmoku khaki).

Titanium oxide contains a lot of chemical and physical properties that take place through several reactions that are compatible with the high thermal regimes of the Tenmoku glaze composition, which makes it one of the most important metal oxides that make a significant impact on the emergence of some aesthetic effects and artistic patterns that gain many of its aesthetic properties.

Through this, the results and recommendations of the current research come in a group of practical experiments that present the important role played by the colored metal oxides, from which we single out the effect of adding titanium oxide in highlighting the aesthetic features and artistic patterns of the Tenmoku glaze.

Where the research took the experimental approach through a set of organized steps followed by the researcher to reach specific results through experimentation in one of the elements of colored metal oxides (titanium oxide) and what it shows of chemicaltransformations that highlight one of the aesthetic features and artistic patterns that characterize tenmoku glazes, including patterns (Hare,s Fur, tenmoku khaki).
