Abstract

Introduction: The art of garment supplements is an important center in the fields of design because it has a great effect in showing the beauty and elegance of clothing, as well as its association with the fashion, which has a common variety of styles and new treatments to cope with the tastes and innovations and the rapid change in the design of clothing (Nadia Mahmoud – 1999).)
General supplements are things or pieces that accompany major things and work to increase their effect, so the accessories of the outfit are any additions that accompany the outfit and make it more beautiful (Amani Mohamed-2012)
Supplementation has an important role to play in women's lives where the overall feeling of the exterior can be changed, because it adds to it an attraction and gives it a sense of beauty, comfort and self-confidence, and gives the clothes a new and distinctive shape (Amani Mohammed-2012)
The design of garment supplements has now become an important center in the field of design for its great effect in showing the beauty and elegance of clothing and appearing in a distinctive appearance always, and also reflected in the economic aspects where it became a complement among the means of rationalization in the field of clothing, and thus became a designer They are specialists (Islam Abdulal-Manamam-1995) and they reflect the philosophies of society and its beliefs and aesthetic concept throughout the ages, and therefore it is worth the continuation of research in the possibilities of its development according to the requirements of modern age (Islam Abdul-Manamam
The finest international fashion houses are based on the design style of the as one and the main methods of fashion design where it allows work in three directions, which helps to understand and fully visualize the final appearance of the design in its final form.

The problem of research which lies in the following questions:
1. Can the men's neckties be used to enrich women's clothing supplements?
2.What is the degree of acceptance of clothing specialists for the proposed designs?
Importance of research:
1. Shed light on the role of discrete garment supplementation in rationalizing the economic aspect of ladies ' clothing.
2. Take advantage of old things rather than dispense them, rebuild and synthesize them and make them keep up with modern fashion..
