Abstract

Jews Lived in Islamic Countries in Mediaeval Ages for Several Centuries. This Period is known by the name of " Golden Age". Jews were influenced by Arabic & Islamic Culture in different fields of knowledge. Hence Jewish Poets were influenced deeply by Arabic rhetorics. Jewish Philosophers were influenced by philosophy of Avicenna & Averroes.

Many scholars succeeded to show how Arabic & Islamic Influence were so deep in Mediaeval Jewish Culture.

However, this paper aims at shedding light upon a new phase of Cultural Interaction between Jews & Arabs. This phase is deeply related to Mediaeval Jewish Art as exhibited in Jewish Passover Haggadah. This paper claims that the Mediaeval Jewish Artist was saturated by Islamic Culture upon drawing his plates that depicted the story of Exodus from Egypt
