Promoting sustainable cultural values for reused historic buildings through the integration of interior design and digital technology

Abstract:

The world is witnessing a growing interest in preserving ancient buildings and effectively preserving their cultural identity. The reuse of monumental buildings offers exciting opportunities for the continued existence of these buildings in modern society and their utilization for a variety of purposes. However, the main challenge for preserving the cultural identity of these buildings is to provide a suitable and sustainable environment for their new use, without compromising the historical and cultural value of the original building.

This research aims to explore the possibility of reusing monumental buildings through the integration of interior design and digital technology to preserve cultural identity.

The preservation of monumental buildings and the preservation of their cultural identity is crucial for communities around the world.
