A new vision for ecotourism in Egypt and the ways to sustain it applying to some of these environmental sites

Abstract: The paper addresses several key themes:

First: Egypt's Natural Terrain and Forms of Ecotourism

Second: The most important ecotourism areas and nature reserves in Egypt made tourism plans and environmental revitalization. And the sites which have not yet been exploited optimally.

Third: Problems and challenges facing ecotourism sites

Fourth: Egypt's efforts to promote the ecotourism sector and global trends towards attention and sustainability of this type of tourism.

Search Problem

The paper examines the natural ingredients in Egypt and cites some examples of Egypt's natural heritage areas and how this type of ecotourism faces many challenges that threaten its sustainability both for natural and human reasons. We also review the most important sites where tourism has been developed and revitalized, and that other areas have not yet been optimized although they possess many environmental uniqueness and natural ingredients that are unmatched.

This paper also addresses the main problems facing the ecotourism sector and how it can be promoted through concerted efforts with state institutions as well as global efforts to develop and sustain this type of ecotourism.

It also examines the relationship between the site's natural environment, human societies, cultural background, and the economic aspect and how it can contribute to the sustainability and exploitation of such sites.

So The research Objectives are:

1- Introduction to Egypt's natural and geographical components and natural heritage

2- How some natural or geological tourism sites have been exploited and attempted to circulate this to the rest of the region

3- Illustrating the tourism importance of nature reserves in ecotourism development

4- Find out the problems facing ecotourism in different locations

5- Clarification of the roles of all stakeholders in supporting tourism

6- Work to increase the competitiveness of Egyptian tourism at the global level.
