Abstract

Technology has become an important fundamental feature in the practice and teaching of contemporary art, including digital art, computer graphics, computer animation, virtual art, interactive art, and 3D printing. The digital revolution has opened a virtual world parallel to the real world, enabling art to use tools and means aimed at conveying information in new ways, relying on making the most of modern technological capabilities.

The techniques of using computer programs in the field of design have emerged as a modern method, as a real result through various institutions to follow up on the modern developments that have dominated the world, as e-learning represents an essential part of this response, and is considered one of the contemporary concepts that has added information technology to the educational process. From this standpoint, the researcher sees the importance of implementing a program that helps pass the ability tests for innovative design for students entering various technical colleges, such as quality education, the Department of Art Education, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, and others, through the premise of e-learning and its connection to all academic and artistic fields in order to achieve the maximum benefit from The way to shorten time, which is what the state is currently seeking through digital transformation mechanisms and strengthening the relationship between all parties to the educational process.

To confront the rapid development of knowledge, interest has increased in the technological approach, which expresses a production system that seeks e-learning using multimedia, one of the educational innovations. It is a process based on the use of computers in an educational system with all the capabilities of electronic programs to achieve the objectives of the curriculum. It is necessary, in light of the current situation, to use technology. Programs, to bring about development in education curricula at all levels, especially in the subject of artistic drawing, and to improve its educational outcomes to develop innovative design and not just memorize and teach it, and to develop innovative design as a task for education that requires clarifying the nature and characteristics of the subject of artistic drawing, innovative design, computer, and multi-media education.
