Abstract

The Egyptian countryside is Egypt's precious treasure, and it is the mecca of art and artists. There is magic and beauty in all its meanings and forms. The researcher specifically highlighted the charming aesthetic values embodied in the walls and alleys of the ancient Islamic village of Al-Qasr, one of the villages of the New Valley Governorate, and the importance of art in consolidating the principle of belonging. The researcher’s experience emanated from the depths of the Egyptian countryside, the origin of the researcher’s roots and the cradle of his memories and reflections. Artistic experiences are not the result of the moment, but are preceded by motives, introductions, and experiences that in turn form the idea that is embodied in the final artistic work. This sequence gradually passes within the artist’s being and conscience without him speaking about it until the opportunity comes and his experience comes to light through a drawn artistic experiment through which the researcher tried to shed light on the importance of natural fibers such as (wheat or barley straw, palm fronds, palm loofah, onion peel, garlic, and pieces of cotton cloth). And linen) and how to use and employ it in artistic work and how to draw on it; To give a new visual value by drawing on an uneven surface made of the same real fibers and elements that made up the village houses, with a desire to reach a state of realism and simulation that makes the viewer feel the scene moving from its real location to the surface of the drawn artwork. The research went through several main axes, the first axis: the palace village and inspiration from the artistic experience, the second axis: touching surfaces and walls of memories, the third axis: the life cycle of the farmer and inspiration from the media of the experiment, the fourth axis: satisfying the desire for creative drawn experiences, the fifth axis: the steps followed and the media used. In implementing the artistic experience, the sixth axis: describing and analyzing artistic works.
