Abstract
Graphic arts have been linked to the masses since their inception, and have played important roles in spreading science, culture, and awareness. They have also championed and supported the liberation revolutions waged by pressed peoples against occupation and racism in many countries. It has contributed to building development and progress in many countries, in addition to its main role in manufacturing and entertainment for the masses. It has become more widespread, important, and popular with the development of printing techniques and means, and their importance has increased more and more with the invention of the computer and the emergence of the Internet, through which it crossed oceans and continents, overcoming spatial and temporal boundaries between the broad masses. It swam in cyberspace to connect all the peoples and masses of the world crossing the barriers of language, religion, race, and culture. It has become one of the most important means of peace and war, and it has become one of the most important ways that countries, institutions and individuals alike take to raise their status. Graphic arts have also proven their effectiveness in soft wars, especially creative economy wars. The research deals with modern soft wars, their nature, their role, and the extent of their impact on politics in the world and in the Arab region. It also addresses the creative economy, its nature, its relationship with graphic arts, and the impact of this relationship on international and regional policies in the Arab region. The importance of graphic arts in the development of countries, their policies and cultures, as well as their relationship to the crucial issues of countries, their existence, independence and national wars, and projecting this onto the Palestinian issue as an example to clarify the role of graphic arts in supporting the issue and clarifying its truth to world public opinion.
