Abstract

This research discusses the phenomenon of commercial fraud, which has grown at an alarming rate, especially the process of imitating original brand products and putting them on the market, but they are of much lower quality than the original products, which has become a danger to the user, as it is the basic element on which trade is based at the present time. As the local and international markets attest, Great abundance in production, due to the producers’ eagerness to reach the highest rates of marketing without paying attention to the users’ economic interests and health safety, with the continuous increase in consumption rates without users being aware of the fraud occurring on the products and their non-conformity with the specified specifications, as the user no longer has the ability to differentiate between Is it an original product or a counterfeit, because the user does not have the experience and professionalism to detect counterfeit products and the negative effects of those products.

Although countries strive to combat this phenomenon in all its forms and work to reduce the danger and contain the resulting damage, these efforts are insufficient and the reason is due to the absence of a well-thought-out system and practical plans, especially those related to the field of cooperation between bodies and organizations of various types (governmental, Institutions, consumer protection associations, local authorities...etc.) Despite the concerted efforts and pooling of forces between the various bodies and organizations in identifying more effective forms of combating counterfeiting, the only systematic legal approach to confront the phenomenon remains: judicial prosecutions, and seizure Counterfeit products and other effective legal tools in this field, which are still insufficient in the face of the severity of the danger and the speed of its spread.

Accordingly, the research problem may be represented by the weak user experience in detecting counterfeit products and the negative effects of those products. This research aims to support user experience to protect against commercial fraud and knowledge of the forms and practices of commercial fraud in order to protect institutions and consumers. This is done by devising a general framework for how to design original products that achieve a good user experience. This framework includes various axes that include including the user in the processes and stages of product design and development, through applying procedures and processes for designing user experience and usability,
