Cultural Cross-Effects Between Sinai Heritage Costumes and Palestinian Costumes with Innovative Design Vision to Combine Heritage

Abstract

Palestinian heritage Costumes is a component of the defense of Palestinian identity. Each outfit refers to the area to which it belongs and tells the details of the knitting and embroidery used in Palestinian Costumes the cultural and struggle background that shaped the Palestinian people's history. The Palestinian garment is therefore a historic document witnessing the stages of Palestine's social, political, cultural and economic transformations. The trappings in the Palestinian garment also reflect the manifestations of the surrounding environment of the forms of trees, plants, mountains and heritage beliefs. Palestinians have used these forms, symbols and decorations through embroidery to retain their history and remind them of their national cause. Meters from the Palestinian Negev area lies Egypt's Sinai Peninsula which bears a Bedouin heritage rich in detail in everyday life, this is evident in the forms of Sinani heritage Costumes that are largely like its Palestinian counterpart this geographical convergence, which dates to a historical era, especially during Ottoman rule. It influenced a cultural exchange between the two regions, which was reflected in the similarity of costumes and decorations sometimes and sometimes different. This stimulated investigation and research and asked questions about the nature of the relationship between heritage and the similarities, and differences between them.

The research aims at identifying the most important cultural influences exchanged between Palestinian and Sinawi heritage costumes, focusing on the study of the comparison between the constructive form of Palestinian and Sinawi gown, which is a key part of Arab heritage and Arab identity. The research also seeks to highlight the overlaps and integration of heritage, thus contributing to the promotion of cultural identity, and the creation of a design formulation that reflects the essence of heritage and the richness of Arab identity. The researchers relied on the analytical descriptive approach to describe and analysis the aesthetic and symbolic elements of Palestinian and Sinani Costumes , Study the impact of the historical factors that influenced their composition, and find the effect of their geographical convergence on the Costumes format, They also used the comparative approach to identify similarities and differences between heritage which contributed to an innovative design vision reflecting their cultural integration, This is done through the presentation of Costumes able designs for Arab women.
