Digital revolution and its role in the development of the applications of interior design technologies for smart house

Abstract

The latest developments in the digital world have revolutionized all aspects of life, including interior design; and with the huge and continuous development of this technology, many new applications of ICT have emerged. It has made a big change in our lives and contributed to change the way of living, work, play, entertainment, and even thinking, and has a great impact in all aspects of life, and benefited from the science of architectural and interior design like other branches of science, developed interior design technology and changed the ideas of the past once known as a natural place to rest, relax, enjoy and eat, it became a place for work, shopping and communication. Smart home technology emerged in the late twentieth century as a direct result of scientific and technological development. These systems have many applications. Its construction techniques and the different systems it contains the smart dwelling appeared within the pattern of smart buildings, in a way that could be considered the beginning of major developments awaiting the architecture of the dwelling in the twenty-first century. With the improvement of Internet technologies, which made communication easier between all components of life, the devices are communicating with each other and receive some orders via Internet, and the pace of development of homes for the convenience of users around the world.The term smart home is due to the intelligence of home-made devices in general, and not the intelligence of the home itself in particular. Smart housing is one of the most promising trends that have not yet been explored all the possibilities in its field, which can work to provide a suitable and distinctive lifestyle in many aspects and at the same time, while achieving economy in the cost of operation, the importance of this research is that the development of this trend, as hoped, serves users. It works to provide a lifestyle that achieves economic abundance and reduces the operational cost.This technology also increases the added value of such housing. On the other hand, it serves the environment in which these housing is built by its characteristics of sustainability, and its impact on the state has a positive impact on reducing depletion. Public energy resources in the country, and the possibility of directing the resulting savings in other developmental axes.
