Abstract

The technical variables have played an effective role in the transformation of the formal structure of the cultural poster design, as it involves a philosophical conceptual thought based on the strategic depth of the culture of change prevailing in the information age, And the mental transformation of the world of modernity played a leading role in the structure of the concept of the nature of design work.
Culture is considered the human art stock that supports the visual and aesthetic balance of the human being, and the visual cultural balance consists of a number of sources of visual culture that make up the experience of the recipient, which are the heritage inherited over generations, the intellectual and artistic accumulations and the balance of civilizations, which are the subjectivity and the privacy of society in light of global and local variables.
Cultural posters are one of the tools for forming, developing and enriching culture in society, and the semantic structure of the cultural poster deals with visual symbols to produce the appropriate meaning for each society, as it reflects the cultural and ideological values in society, so it has become a necessity for design work to emphasize the design identity, As a source to direct the recipient's thought towards the design content that carries a cultural specificity through the use of a visual language that seeks originality and creativity and makes us feel aesthetic sense.
The design identity has a vital and important role in the design of the cultural poster, as it gives it a special intellectual and reference significance, depending on the cultural, historical and environmental data, where the identity is embodied in the design of the cultural poster through visual formulations of the graphic elements as a communicative cultural language, Inspiration for new formal treatments through the heritage of society, and how to organize formal relationships between those elements to emphasize the aesthetic and functional side of the poster, and thus provide a design that carries a distinctive privacy and supports the culture of the recipient.
The importance of research came to highlight the design identity of posters for film festivals in Egypt as one of the cultural posters, because of its artistic, economic and tourism purpose, and as a language to enhance the cultural and aesthetic communication of society.
