The effect of modern interactive multimedia learning on the professional empowerment of female graduates

Abstract:

The study aims to explore the effect of learning these technologies on creativity and performance in the labor market. The current study focuses on a sample of female graduates, who are taught in the Department of Graphics and Multimedia at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. This sample received lectures about modern interactive multimedia in the courses of preparatory studies and the graduation project. The researcher used a sample of 44 female graduate students in conducting the study, from the year 2019-2021. The study employed a descriptive-analytical research methodology. The statistical study demonstrated the positive impact of the study axes. The arithmetic mean as a whole for the axis of this study was (4.28), which is the level of High, the relative weight (85.68%) and the degree of agreement "strongly agree", which indicates the positive impact of the axis. The arithmetic mean as a whole for the axis of this study was (3.97), and the relative weight was (79.39%). and the degree of approval of “I agree”, which indicates the positive impact of the axis. This study represents an important step towards understanding the effect of modern interactive multimedia learning in enriching ideas and improving the quality of learning outcomes, as the development of creative capabilities is crucial to keeping pace with developments and the ability to compete in the market. Working locally and globally, learning these technologies contributes greatly to enabling female graduates to present creative ideas in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's future projects. The study recommends conducting research to measure the effect of modern interactive multimedia learning on professional empowerment from the perspective of employers. It also suggests incorporating the topic of modern interactive multimedia technologies into the curriculum subjects related to creativity and innovation.
