The comprehensive quality strategy is an entry point to comprehensive, continuous development that includes all stages of performance, and is the responsibility of every individual in the organization, from senior departments, management, divisions, and work teams, in an effort to satisfy the needs and expectations of the customer. Its scope includes all stages of operation and even dealing with the customer (sales and service, i.e. after-sales services). ).
Total quality is based on:
• Preparing a quality improvement strategy.
• Determine quality standards or levels.
• Identify defects and study them
The philosophy of total quality management emphasizes the importance of continuous improvement of various functional activities and management processes in institutions. This principle confirms the assumption that final quality is only the result of a series of interconnected steps and activities.
The increasing interest of all organizations around the world in the importance of quality in improving and developing their work as an entry point to confront internal and external challenges has led to a variation and difference in the concept of quality due to the different nature of these organizations in terms of function, size, culture and other factors. (Ahmed Fawzy - 2010)
The objectives of comprehensive quality have become a strategic approach to producing the best goods, providing the best services, and creating new and advanced innovations on an ongoing basis, which has led commercial companies and government institutions to pay increased attention to quality control of products and services and to take positions characterized by determination to build a good reputation (Abdul Rahman Tawfiq, 2008). )
As for companies and institutions that neglect to monitor the quality of their products, and neglect to build a good reputation for their products, they will not be able to create sufficient customer convictions about the quality of their products, and in doing so they create many difficulties in their effective distribution channels, and they lose customers’ trust in them and their loyalty to them.
Total quality management has imposed itself during the last decade of this century as a modern management philosophy and a way of life for economic organizations in general and industrial organizations in particular. At the same time, it is an approach for organizations to compete in production and service, in order to achieve the goals of organizations that range from profitability,.
